Dispatch of Wrong Product: If a wrong product has been dispatched to the customer.
Manufacturing Defect: If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect in the received product.
Damaged Condition: If the product is received in a damaged condition.
To ensure a safe return, customers must have the original packaging available, including any foam and cushioning inside.
Customers can initiate replacements by reaching out to us at marblehouse.270@rediffmail.com. We request customers to provide clear pictures of the product highlighting the issue.
- The original packaging with any foam and cushioning must be provided, even if it is broken, damaged, or defective.
- Refunds are not processed; replacements are offered with the same or an alternative product of equal or lower value.
Our return policy is applicable within 10 days from the order placement date, specifically for damaged products and manufacturing defects. The timeframe starts from the date of product delivery, confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners.
1.Initiate Return: Contact us at marblehouse.270@rediffmail.com. to initiate the return.
2.Submit Images: Send two images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product) to marblehouse.270@rediffmail.com. for Check.
3.Return Request Status: Our Quality Assurance team will respond within 2-3 days with your Return Request Status.
4.Reverse Pickup: Once the return request is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup, taking approximately 2-3 working days. Delivery to our warehouse typically takes 4-6 days.
5.Quality Check: Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will check it, and the replacement process will be initiated.

- Print two documents for the logistics company representative during pickup.
